Welcome to my 12 Week Challenge!

As you all know, a new year brings new goals! We all want to get fit, become healthier, and lead better lives. So I thought we could all work towards those things together!

If you didn’t know, I am performing at the Kennedy Center at the end of March. It is going to be a massive show, so I really need to be in the best shape I can be for that. So I wanted you all to join me over the next 12 weeks to get fit, strong, and in amazing shape. Strength in numbers!

I have created workout calendars for the next 12 weeks to help make this absolutely foolproof for you. There are 2 version of the challenge – regular and light. I will be doing the regular version. This is not for the faint of heart- I am training for the Kennedy Center, remember! I know a lot of you are dancers and are already more fit than the average person. So if you are ready to take your training to the next level, this is the program for you! If you would like something a little less intense or are just starting to workout for the first time, I recommend my light challenge. Both have lots of options to allow you to tailor the program to your own needs and liking. I have also created a health tracker so you can keep track of all of your progress – everything from weight to measurements to water! I highly encourage you to download that along with your calendar.
