One of the most popular questions among dancers is “How can I improve my feet and make them stronger?”. Well, here are my tricks! These are my favorite exercises to do to strengthen my feet.

The first video is the follow-along workout style, and the second video is an overview of the exercises so you can do them on your own time. You can choose whichever video you like that works best for you!

  1. Hi Katherine! I love all your vlogs and the one you uploaded today with you playing piano. The piano was an instrument I have always loved and you play so beautifully! I would definitely love to hear more! In regards to these feet strengthening videos, would you recommend someone using these videos to help get their feet strong again after being out with an injury?

  2. Hi Kathryn, I know this video is quite old but I hope you can still help me out! My toes are a bit too flexible – when I am on pointe, they always curl under. My teachers notice this too and tell me not to curl them so much, but I don’t know how to! I do have quite flexible ankles as well, so it’s not like I am ‘hanging’ in my pointe shoes or using my toes instead of my ankles. Could you please give me some advice on how I can prevent my toes from curling under? For example, would you recommend strengthening them or would that make it even worse?
