  1. Katie, Congratulations on your success with everything. I have a few ideas that you may or may not want to use. I am fairly new to teaching and I would love to hear your suggestions about teaching techniques, developmental stages for young dancers and keeping up your own training while trying to balance a teaching schedule. Just some suggestions…I also love the idea of your teaching variations.

  2. Congratulations on your 100th video. All your videos are wonderful and I really appreciate your hard work I love the idea of teaching variations.

  3. Kathryn, we all love you and want you to be happy and healthy! We love the blogs the more the better. I really enjoy the makeup tutorials if you could explain just a bit slower that would be great. Also, I think you would be the most amazing Giselle . Thank you for all your hard work and inspiration , love Mary

  4. I love your channel. I would like to see ballet videos for beginners. I work out regularly but never took dance and the ballet workouts posted are way too complicated for me to follow. I also enjoyed the videos that were about your life and would like to see more of those. I also liked when you showed your room and ballet studio- it gave me some ideas for decorating!

  5. Hi Kathryn, sorry it’s me again , I had an idea for a blog and that would be to take us on a shopping trip with you as you have such amazing style… Just an idea lots of good wishes sent to you from Albuquerque Mary m .

  6. Yay! Congrats on your 100th video!! I have loved watching them and look forward to your coming videos. I love your makeup tutorials but also I would love more adult beginner ballet videos, or tips/specific stretches to work up to a splits πŸ™‚ thank you so much for all the time
you take to make these for us. You are truly appreciated πŸ™‚

    1. I agree with the beginner videos. The powhow classes are kind of long and hard to fit in my schedule (although i have tried them) and as an adult who never danced I would love to learn more about it. Thank you!

  7. Congratulations, and thanks for all the videos, they are so helpful. I love all the ballet tips and workouts, and have now started on the online classes, which are even better. Thanks again.

  8. Congratulations katie! You honesty seem like a big sister to me who I can really relate to! I’m really enjoying the technique tips as well as the Q&A’s. I was wondering, what I should do as I am purely in love with ballet and dancing in general but I have no true desire to join a company as I want to go to uni. Thank you for all of the inspiration! Xxx

  9. I thought of another idea for future videos πŸ˜‰ I would love to know more about working up toward pointe (especially as an adult), does it hurt/damage the foot, does it always hurt to go up on pointe? Generally the entire topic of pointe fascinates me for myself and because I have a young daughter who may aspire to work toward this goal. I just learned that the studio we go to doesn’t do a “formal fitting” for pointe shoes..one brand is ordered (bloch) that is supposed to work for a majority of feet (it’s not a hard and fast rule, she is trying to save her students money, so I think she is open to us buying/using whatever we want) I always thought one had to go get professionally fitted for pointe shoes? What are your thoughts on this? Thanks again!

  10. Kathryn, I recently discovered your website and videos and am happy to hear that there is more to come from you. As an adult dancer who returned to ballet after several years away, I really appreciate your support and advice. I took your tips on balance to a recent class, and it made a difference. I am certain that I will revisit the balance video several times again until your advice becomes second nature. I am also returning to pointe, so either tips on beginning pointe work or a class on pointe basics would be appreciated. All of your followers wish you continued success in your career in the dance world.

  11. Hi Katie,
    Well done on your success!
I love your videos and have just found your blog. As a 40yo, its been fantastic and convenient to be able to further my personal ballet ambitions at home. Thank you for making your time and knowledge available πŸ™‚
