This video is all about finding and maintaining correct posture- both for dancers and non-dancers! I take you through the basics of how to find the “lift” through the stomach and core, how to open your chest and shoulders, and how to engage your back muscles.   2. Katie, this was a great center for me. The combinations were very pretty and danceable, yet they challenged me a bit (I am an adult beginner as level) especially the last two with the jumps. However, you explained and showed us, and I could do them in front of the mirror and was quite pleased with what I did. Looking forward to another center video!
