If you are interested in taking ballet private lessons from me, whether you are a beginner or advanced student, this is the video for you! Plus I talk about my views on private lessons and the key things that are important – a good teacher and making it supplemental training.

Private Lessons with Me

  1. Dear Katie, thank you so much for all of the support and information that you provide to dancers and aspiring dancers! You have been incredibly generous with your time and effort in offering excellent YouTube videos and other sources of education for your many “long distance” students. Today is my 36th birthday. I have wanted to study ballet for as long as I can remember, and today I have made a promise to myself that I am going to do it THIS YEAR. I’ve been reading about ballet for years, so I have a lot of head knowledge, but except for lessons from about age 5 to 7, I’ve never been brave enough to dance. I don’t want to go through the rest of my life wishing that I had done this beautiful thing! I hope to do one of your Pow How classes eventually. Please keep them going! With Gratitude, Erica G.

  2. Hey Katie! I’ve been dancing on and off for years. I would loooove to get some actual good training with you! Especially, since you’re such an established dancer! You have experience in spades, ha! 🙂 I would love your input and advice to become even better! I’m 34 and I now dance on my own in my apartment, and I do it more for the excellent workout you get and how AMAZING your body looks and feels after a great sweat session! Please consider doing it! Again, your advice on your workouts is excellent! You would make a great teacher! 🙂

  3. I know you’re very busy but I’m interested in lessons and also some dance advice. I was wondering if you would have any availability for a private lesson before the end of the year. I’m willing to pay the extra cost and to rent one of the many studios that are available in the city. Thank you for your wonderful site and for all that you’ve done and shared.
