    I will use your powhow class as my stretch and leg workout. The barre/center will be with R Marsden’s classes. Thank you! I don’t have a scale so it will be measurements, uh oh!! I won’t cheat!
    Can you recommend a class at Steps for
    core and balance strength?
    I throw down the gauntlet!!

  2. I’m so excited about this!!!!!!!!!! I’m doing the regular version to prepare for a 9 minute ballet feature in March with my best friend! We’re preforming at a Doctor Who event in my hometown, it’s a piece I choreographed to “Clara’s Theme” I’m so excited. It’s not terribly difficult, just rather long for me with some complex balances and promanades. The part I’m having trouble with is a shoulder sit with a slow lowering back to the ground since my friend has little partnering experience and his hyperthyriodism is eating his muscles away. For my arm workouts I am going to be doing Ballet Beautiful’s Swan Arms with 2lbs Dumbells. I have a scale and measurements so this will be fun! I’m hoping to lose a few lbs but not to many. I many want to really get into shape and I know that this will do just the trick!!!! Thank you Katie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to come see you at the Kennedy Center since I have a field trip to DC the days you are preforming!

That’s what we call it, the “Clara Adagio.” As a sort of thank you for all the hard work you have but into your YouTube Channel and ballet workouts that made this all possible!
